The principle of native language - target country

The combination of source and target languages is adapted according to your requirements. The best translation results for these language combinations are produced according to our native language / target country strategy. When selecting a translator, we make sure that the translator's native language (that he or she used at school and university levels) matches the target language of the project. We also seek a translator who lives in the target country. 

Language competency is optimally acquired during childhood and maintained by everyday living and speaking in the native country. These requirements are critical for producing a high-quality translation.

We also expect our translators to demonstrate the following:

• An up-to-date system platform and technical abilities
• The readiness to participate in further training
• An ability to communicate
• Punctuality

We also work together with them as closely as possible, with visits to the translator's office or by invitation to our office in Bielefeld.
